Gun Raffle

In Partnership with Arnolds Arms LLC. We are hosting a gun raffle for a New Sig Sauer P320 full size 40 S&W and Includes a $300.00 custom Cerakote pain Job from Arnolds Arms LLC. Ticket are currently on sale for $20.00 each. Drawing for the winner will be held on December 6th at the Rapid City Rifle Club Sponsored Gun Show at The Monument. Ticket sales can be purchased at Arnold's Arms Location at 520 North Ellsworth Road unit 3A, Box Elder, South Dakota 57719 or by phoning 605-206-3322. Ticket will be sold at both gun shows at The Monument, September Show will be the 19th - 20th. December Show will be the 5th - 6th. Please see rules and regulations below.

Official Rules – Custom Sig Sauer P320 Raffle

Presented by Arnold’s Arms LLC & Black Hills Bear Tactical

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 21 years of age or older and legally eligible to own a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

A federal NICS background check must be completed and passed before the firearm is transferred to the winner.

Proof of age and valid government-issued photo ID is required.

Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Arnold’s Arms LLC and Black Hills Bear Tactical are not eligible to win.

2. Prize

One (1) new Sig Sauer P320 - 40 S&W caliber.

Includes Custom Cerakote paint and designed from Arnold’s Arms LLC valued at ($300.00)

Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

3. Winner Responsibilities

Sales Tax: The winner is responsible for paying all applicable South Dakota sales tax at the time of firearm transfer.

Out-of-State Residents: Winners who are not residents of South Dakota must arrange for shipment to a licensed FFL dealer in their home state. All shipping and transfer fees are the responsibility of the winner.

The winner must comply with all applicable firearm transfer laws in their jurisdiction.

4. Raffle Entry & Drawing

Tickets will be sold for $20.00 from August 15, 2025 to December 6, 2025, or until sold out.

The winner will be drawn on December 6, 2025 at RC Rifle Club Gun Show at The Monument Rapid-City, SD.

The winner does not need to be present to win, but must respond to prize notification within 7 days. If the winner can not be contacted or fails to meet eligibility requirements, another winner will be selected.

5. Legal Compliance

The firearm will not be released until the winner has passed the required background check.

If the winner fails the background check or is otherwise ineligible to possess a firearm, they forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn.

All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. 

6. Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree that Arnold’s Arms LLC and Black Hills Bear Tactical are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this raffle or from the possession, use, or misuse of the firearm.
