My Biography
Joshua Baker is a certified firearms instructor living in Box Elder, South Dakota. With certifications from both the NRA and the USCCA, Joshua brings decades of experience and a deep commitment to firearm safety, responsible gun ownership, and personal defense education.
Originally from the Dayton, Ohio area, Joshua spent 30 years in Jacksonville, Florida—from 1994 until his recent move to South Dakota in the summer of 2024. His move marked a new chapter both personally and professionally, allowing him to continue sharing his knowledge and skills in a new community.
Joshua is passionate about empowering others through education and training, helping individuals and families feel more confident and prepared in today’s world. When he's not on the range, he enjoys exploring the outdoors and building connections within the local community.
